Fits the van rack

Started to ride to work today, snapped a bold in a crank arm, so limped it back to get the van loaded her up and went to work.
Lunchtime was spent with a drill and stud remover getting the broken end out, successfully thank goodness, a visit to halfords on the way home came up with two new bolts, and new gear selector cable for a smoother change. Still didn't find a nice 7 speed shifter yet so have wound the extra cable and taped it incase I need it longer when I find one
All fitted and working nicely then stripped, cleaned out and re- packed the dmr pedals with fresh grease while I was at it. road tested to the take away lamb biriani rice and chips yum forgot milk for the morning, oh well second road test :-) after re tightening the crank arm bolts
All I need now is a nice morning for a ride to work
