The end to another beautiful day, which we've spent shopping in the village and also foraging in the hedgerows..... Sloe gin all round this Christmas!

This was the view that greeted us on the way back home this evening. The sun was setting behind Bardsey Island and looked absolutely stunning.

I've always wanted to visit Bardsey but never had the chance, something about being totally cut off from the outside world sort of appeals to me!!
