Want to find my bicycle!

Was out in Groningen city for the day with my daughter and we walked around and around this nice city in the north. It has an university and its students have bicycles as you can see at the entrance of one of the university buildings. Imagined myself being lost to find mine there:)

A little futher down town we walked into a group of teenagers taking there lunchbreak with a pint of dairy drinks and one of them posed on instant as reaction to my camera around my neck:) Could not easily decide which of these 2 images to use for todays blip, but the bikes won as they are so well known abroad as the dutch vehicle.

We also visited the Martini church and learned from a volunteer guide about the churche's history and marvelled the secco's (paintings on dried / sec plaster, fresco's are painted on wet plaster) Also noticed the small holes in the ceiling that were made then for airing the building. Just a wonderful tour through that church  with a beautiful starfilled blue ceiling.
