The four bottles of sauce

Arriving at the Stand last night nice and early, I was shown into the green room.The immediate effect is underwhelming, consisting of 2 sofa's covered in leopard skin mock offect covers and a few pillows.Then I spy the glass fronted fridge, now that's very rock n roll what could be in it?, Corona, Sol, Fosters, maybe even tequila, or Jack Daniels.A closer inspection revealed 4 bottles of tomato sauce, and a half eaten muffin (I didnt see what type).
However what was more disconserting was sitting waiting was the Glasgow comic Danny Boyle (of Mock the week fame), who was later joined by other seasoned pro's who were also on the Red Raw bill.
Out of the 8 act's only 3 of us were "Red Raw", and I must confess to a feeling of being out of my depth.
However I was 2nd on and my set I thought went ok but no cigar.After I rejoined the audience I was surprised however that people were approaching me and saying how much they had enjoyed it (Including in the toilet!!!).
My wife had video'd my set on her camera and I was relieved to see that I was getting a lot more laughs than I had remembered, so a bottle of champagne was called for, that and a few valium.
