Made in Belgium

Breadpudding - my way - which means not only bread, eggs, milk and sugar but also raisins, oats, quinoa, nuts (leftover muesli from the Fair Trade shop) and chocolate, lots of chocolate.
I like it when it's hot and the chocolate is still runny - you just have to be careful not to burn your mouth ;P
I took this picture the second I opened the oven door, 5 seconds later than that and I had already a plateful on my lap ;)
I think I'll have another slice now...
