Cellists

After a very long Parents' Evening last night and feeling pretty rubbish with a temperature and chest infection, today I had to sit through the Year 3 beginners string players put on a little concert.

I pity the parents who have to suffer the practising at home on screechy violins, violas and cellos.

Today was 'safety in numbers' as around 50 beginners played together - not too bad on the ears, I have to say.

One more day until half term and the 'big sleep' - any other teachers out there will know what I'm talking about!
