Into the blue

Another Monday morning at Manchester Airport and another flight to Frankfurt.

I am presenting at a conference of our international Finance Managers. Everyone else flew out on Sunday, but after all my recent travel and given I am a presenter and not a delegate, I travelled Monday morning.

My Thursday car disaster (the electronic dash failed at 11pm as I left Manchester Airport leaving me guessing my speed all the way home!) meant that it was a taxi to Sheffield station for the 5:11 a.m. train to the airport.

It was my first time going to the airport by train and to get to the terminal I had to walk through the neon lit walkway.
