Miso flavoured broth with marinated tofu

Tried a new receipe tonight using tofu. It started out ok but when we tried it we realised it was really salty.

I do like tofu, but I think we need a bit more practice when cooking it. The teriyaki was very salty, probably because we used dark soy sauce not light.
