Hedgehog activity ???

Well did I get a surprise this morning. Definite movement in the food tray... but was it a hedgehog ?
There seems to be something black and slimy trying to crawl out on the right hand side.
The little pellet that was outside the dish yesterday has gone.

I will have to keep watching. I don't know whether to flatten the pellets out or leave them as they are. Might leave them so that I don't get my scent on them.
