Scotch bonnet

We love chillis! So tonight we bought some scotch bonnets to try for the first time. I only used half of the yellow one without the seeds! But am going to put a whole one in to simmer for 20 mins towards the end of cooking, which is a traditional Caribbean way of using them. It gets the flavour without too much heat. We're actually having Thai tonight but hey!
So far it has a kick which keeps burning a little which I like. We both love spicy food but........
Let's hope it doesn't burst!!
