Morning

Still feel yucky today - and the kids still don't care!!
I'm about to dose myself and go to bed. We're off up to North Yorkshire tomorrow for a pre-wedding recce and I don't want to be feeling this rough.
Hundreds of thousands of years of evolution and we still get knocked out by a stupid cold. It's rubbish!
