What the optician must have thought of the state of my eyes this morning at my 9am appointment I don't know? Back in the olden days the bloodshot eyes would have been the "day after the party" look, nowadays its the "slightly zombified parent" look.
Hannah's itching kept her awake for most of the night. When we applied the calamine again at midnight she had a look of absolute bliss on her face.
