Back home in Birmingham to do the BUPA half marathon tomorrow. This is the view from my bedroom window. Same bedroom I used to have all those years ago as a kid.

Boys have had a great week with my mom and dad, as always. They've been to the thinktank, cadburys world and both are sporting new snazzy haircuts curtesy of 'Chris the Barber' who used to cut my hair.

Back to Scotland tomorrow evening.
