Bit of a headache

Literally as well as metaphorically. After resigning myself to 'getting someone in' to block pave the drive I decided, after one quote, that I may as well do it myself and save £700.
I mean, how hard can it be?
Well it's not difficult I'm sure but that concrete has to come up and it's... well, it's like bloody concrete. My head feels like its been hit with that sledge hammer and although breaking it up is exercise I'm not sure it's good exercise: My arm and hand joints feel as though they've seized up.
