Sunrise Sailing

After a month relatively free of the back pain which I have been suffering from I was forced into a position where I had to lift something heavy last week. The back has been getting worse and worse every day since, to the point where I was too uncomfortable in the bed this morning. So, up with me and out to blip the sunrise. While it lasted it was spectacular but the orb of the sun just went up into the cloud and has remained there. We are left with cold, grey, windy yuk!!
