Through a hedge backwards ...

... that phrase is usually used to describe someone who's hair got in a mess. It is not quite accurate in Molly's case!

She heard a pheasant and took off after it. She wnt forwards through the bush. Nevertheless, her hair still got slightly messed up. Full of sticky willies, to be more exact.

At first sight, it looked as if the only way to clean her up would be to shave her ears "to the wood". But Mrs jml & Mrs Holly spent ages grooming her back to beauty; and they did not have to cut all her hair off.

Molly looks thoroughly contented to be the centre of all this attention!
