Cabbage Season

It's cabbage and Leek season here in the north east. Around this time every year, people stock up on cabbage and leeks. The farmers bring them in, literally by the truck load and sell them on the sides of the streets. Once people have bought them, they put them almost anywhere to dry out before storing them (or cooking with them) for the winter. I will try to get a few pics this week of exactly what I mean.
