Surf dude

Ben had a surfing lesson earlier in the year on Guernsey (in somewhat colder water) and enjoyed it so much that he bought this training surfboard recently with his birthday money.

Today was the first day he's been able to use it as yesterday it was too rough and previously it has been too calm.

We had a great couple of hours on the beach in perfect weather in the early-thirties with a slight breeze. It was much cooler than of late and I reckon that, with a bit of luck, it could be the start of winter.
