Campanet

Overnight we were woken by thunder and the wind blowing the shutters against the wall. It rained heavily and by the morning the temperature was distinctly north European. So we went to the Aquarium in Palma, and it seemed so did everyone else. It was hoaching. Afterwards, we headed to the Coves de Campanet, to be shepherded around the 4million year old cave network. By most stalagtitic standards, it was impressive, a recommendation. This is the view from the terrace outside the cave entrance. In the distance all that could be heard was the clanging of sheep bells across the fields.
