Rock Garden Crocus

Yes - it's Crocus laevigatus again. Growing through spreading alpines. It has all that I love about crocuses, small, jewel-like flower smiling in the sun.

One day I'll show you more of the rock garden and the alpine plants that are another passion.

This will be the last crocus for a week or so. We dashed across Britain, almost from coast to coast this afternoon and are now in rural Wales. Just enough signal to Blip tonight.
