Lady Bug Cleared for Take-off Collage

As I was getting stuff out of my shed for mowing the lawn, I noticed a lady bug on the threshold.

I had my cell phone camera in my pocket.

So, rather than mowing the lawn, I began fooling around trying to get a half decent macro shot of Ms. Lady Bug.

She grew weary of me with my paparazzi photo efforts and took to her wings. I hope she had as much fun as I did before she flew off leaving me with nothing but her shadow to show for our encounter...
