Rhododendron flowers.

Plean country park.

These will be the last flowers this bush ever produces owing to a plan to remove as many rhododendrums as possible to allow new growth of other species.

I can't decide if this is a good or bad new policy.

I rather like the splashes of colour from these bushes, but on the other hand understand that they squeeze out everything else in their path.
