Days

Today was the second day in a row that my oldest declared "the best day ever." Makes me smile. He played a great soccer game today, though they lost. Haven't won a game yet, and next Saturday is their last. But they are happy kids who feel like winners anyways according to my son.

After a big bowl of clam chowder and some $1 Disney movies, we went home for some biking and then a nap. My youngest, who will be 4 on Tuesday, managed to ride his bike for the first time with the pedals back on. He is feeling pretty great. That is some incredible exercise for a grown up, so I ended up with a short nap myself.

Missing my husband for sure. It's been a week now. One more week to go before he's home.
