Happy Housiversary

Exactly a year ago we moved into this, our 9th property together - and we're not planning a 10th. This is the Forever House. It took 9 months and £*cough* to renovate it to a habitable state, and we've spent the last year finishing it off in fits and starts. And it's almost finished. Well, for now anyway - due to some dodgy plastering, we're about to loop back round to the beginning of the renovation and knock back then replaster a few large interior walls... :-(

You don't realise til you see it from across the road, just how massive that tree is...
