From Cinder to Shale

In a town just outside Edinburgh, is a large, private collection of Speedway memorabilia (possibly the largest in the world, but don't quote me).

It's open several times a year, so we went for a look round this morning. So much to see that it's impossible to take it all in on one visit, so here's a snapshot of just some of the items on display.

We're off to Glasgow to see the second heat of the Scottish Cup. Edinburgh Monarchs currently lead by 12 points.
