Fluid dynamics at work! Ginger biscuits today, 64 of them. Today was going to be so productive, but one thing lead to another and absolutely nothing has been done. Salsa tonight!
Butter, 250g
Dark muscovado sugar, 200g
Golden syrup, 8tbsp
Plain flour, 650g
Bicarbonate of soda, 2tsp
Ginger, 8tsp
Melt the top three, add to bottom three & mix. Roll out, cut into shapes and bake at 160 for ten minutes.
