Olive Villas

There's a couple of the houses in this street that appear to have the original fanlights with the name signwritten onto them.

There's even one (not this one) with the original door.

These are solid dependable houses, mainly semis built around the turn of the 20th Century. Just up the road from the house with the old apple trees.

Like finding the pencil marks from the joiner who made the joinery when you strip off the paint these marks left by people who once lived or worked on these houses are strangely touching I find
