Stukebaker 1950 Commander
We were at Bo'ness motor museum today. The kids loved the onsite soft-play, the wife enjoyed the lunch, and I had fun admiring the cars. Wasn't my idea to go, honest.
I picked on this car because its design is so obviously original. Not entirely sure if the central air intake is just cosmetic; I somehow doubt it's to feed a gas turbine engine. However it wouldn't have totally surprised me either, given the limitless engineering optimism back then.
Taken with off-camera wireless flash. Wish there were more white surfaces from which to bounce the flashgun light.
