Night Vision

With the nights drawing in thought I'd spice up dinner by crushing the carrots with potatoes, coriander and a whole fresh chilli.
Accompanied highland cattle steak with red wine and mushrooms.
Washed down with Rioja - no work tomorrow so another glass perhaps?
