Groundbreaking

The good news is that this piece of ground on Washington Street, which has been a site of arrested development for as long as I can remember, is finally being put to use. Bad news is that it's "luxury apartments". Can't imagine why anyone would want to live here though - this part of town is still really depressed. Convenient for the hospital or the strip clubs though.
