A very peacful spot
Arrived home from Brisbane last night - a long 4hr drive home so a bit "puffed" today. Lots of interruptions hence a blip from close to home- sometimes it takes a trip away to make me aware of what is literally almost on my doorstep.
This shot is taken late afternoon on the stretch of the river near us. At low tide, in the middle right section just out of the photo, there is always a lovely little sandy beach that extends back to the rocks in the foreground, and which is a great spot to take the little ones for a fish, a paddle and a play around the rocks. I realized this afternoon how we don't always appreciate what is close to home, but after a few days in the city it just seemed so peacful here.
