Busy lives

I love this view from my balcony, it's amazing in the morning, afternoon and especially in the evening. The lights shine from everyone's apartments and I can't help wondering about the people who live there. Fortunately we are not close enough for it to be intrusive - just pretty. I'm going to miss this view and think it's going to be the last time for a a while that I will look out on anything but a back garden - hey ho!

I have a lot to learn about night time photography, I think I was meant to use my tripod but by the time I'd got it set up and organised I would have been bitten to bits on the balcony - that's the downside to appreciating this view.
