White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce

Had a fantastic weekend which included getting a year older. I got some lovely presents from my close ones and celebrated the occasion by eating delicacies, drinking the bubbly stuff and enjoying each others company. Couldn't wish for more.

This shot is taken of the white chocolate cheesecake that I offered to our guests yesterday. It was oven baked but served cool, and the raspberry sauce gave a nice freshness to it. One peace left on the fridge, will see if it's going to bee a battle tonight. ;)
