Oh dear!

Got these sweets from a pleasant little sweet shop in Bognor yesterday and fortunately the girls forgot that we had them...until this morning:(

Now, after buying them in front of the children, it is of course, very difficult to say they can't have them so when approached I had to give in.

The reason for my hesitance is outlined in the picture. Any parent would be having a breakdown looking at those ingredients!!!

So...the wife and I had to endure the next two hours of bouncing, shouting, running and generally hyperactive and irritating behaviour.

Decided to take the girls swimming this afternoon which basically involved me splashing about in the pool while the girls went on a continuous water slide/queuing for water slide loop.

Gave the wife a break...all is good!
