Magical

I just captured the last rays of today's sun as it peeped through the branches and shone on this spider web. These thorn trees are starting to get beautiful green leaves and soon the thorns will be hidden. In the meantime they are a good base for a spider to spin its web. Amazingly when I looked through the photos I had taken of the webs, this was the one that was in focus and captured the sunlight. It is photo no.99 and this is my 99th entry - must be magic!

I enjoyed the last day of Half Term even though the heat has become oppressive. I spent some time walking around the estate and sitting next to one of the inland dams doing a bit of bird watching. My camera does not have a lens good enough to capture the birds, but I do keep trying!

Tomorrow the last run of the term begins. A busy time ahead but I am ready!
