Grampa from Texas Chain Saw Massacre

I had a table at a small (very small) comic show in Louisville, KY. The big guest was John Dugan who was behind the mask playing "Grandpa" in the movie The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974). I'd never seen the movie but we talked just about all day as our chairs backed up to each other and there wasn't much of crowd to distract us. He had had many other jobs over the years but not in acting. I wasn't all star struck as some dedicated horror movie fans would be since I don't watch them. I've seen a few recently but I'm still not impressed. Still, he was a great guy and I had a blast talking with him.
