Much of yesterday and today was spent making a mask for Findlay's school project. We couldn't find the PVA glue yesterday so we started off using wallpaper paste but it just doesn't dry quickly enough. In factI think between us we've spent a fair portion of the build time just standing with a hair dryer trying to get it so we can put another layer on to it.

Eventually we gave up and he went and bought another bottle of PVA today but we were still standing at stupid o'clock this evening painting it.

I've been banned from showing you how it looks though as although it's all painted we need to let it fully dry over night before we fit it to his head and cut out the eye holes. I was however allowed to photograph the inside. If you look carefully you can see the carbon fibre supports and the titanium bolts that will hold the neural interface when we install it tomorrow...
