Get ahead...

The random hat blip, shot somewhere in Glasgow (she said vaguely) while racing between studios.
Never seem to see anyone sporting hats like this...

The day went well except for another mishap...concerning opposite extremities.

While it's not cool to dwell on aches and pains... it's even less cool to jump on your own foot! - especially when it involves landing the metal capped heel of your right foot onto the upper part of the left, with full force.
Duh!!!...and many expletives at the point of impact...

Seemed ok rest of the day but flared up later.
Had to take my boot off on the train home..and almost couldn't get it back on
again.
A ridiculous hobble home from the station but touch wood...nothing broken.

Writing with foot submerged in ice cold water.
