You could at least ask me to dinner first

Here's my shelf in the fridge:

6 slices of bread
3 slices of cheese
roughly 10 slices of ham
some jelly
and a half-empty (or is it half-full?) bottle of creamer.

I also have an apple and a granola bar floating around somewhere.

But doesn't that refridgerator lighting give the emptiness such a friendly glow?

It's always funny at this time of semester when everyone is cramming and forgoes their normal habits. Like eating, for example.
