The case of the half eaten banana
This morning I took that many blips at different times that I didn't know which would be best to post. In the end I opted for this one because it shows the ground to the side of the food dish.
I have posted a photo of how the ground looked last night when I left it. I rippled the peat as I felt this would produce better results for signs that a hedgehog had come to call.
I snook out late last night just before I went to bed to see what could be seen but there was nothing apart from a slug. This would have been about half past one.
The slug might account for the mess maybe but it surely wouldn't have eaten the bananas or nibbled the large chunk that was lying very visibly on top of the previous days blip at the five o'clock position. (From memory).
