Hardy souls.....

.....braving the wind on the lower prom this morning, that would be the same wind that kept me awake most of the night. So now I've comprehensively blown the cobwebs away and wiped the sea spray off my specs, I've awarded myself some quality couch-potato time with a pile of Cary Grant DVD's and a packet of Tunnocks Caramel Wafers!
