St Salvator's by night.
Pardon my absence. Back to St Andrews and to the photography doubt that it tends to bring with it. Ironic, seeing as I'm Co-Chiefing the Photograph section at The Saint - the longest established of St Andrews' student newspapers. But, then again, I don't suppose you'd be interested in seeing highlights of hockey 3rds against Stirling uni. Maybe you would, who am I to judge?
I was on photography duty this evening too, right after this shot, documenting the rectorial candidate debate. The candidates included politicians Colin Fox and Michael Forysth (absent), former footballer Pat Niven, former journalist and head of Mary's Meals charity Abeer Macintyre and St Andrews' graduate and author Alistair Moffat.
The debate went smoothly, apart from the fact that I forgot to go for a pee before it started. The longer I didn't get up and go pee, the more scared I got. What if I tripped in front of the crowd? I had already introduced myself as "Good" earlier on when asked my name... so I wasn't exactly on the ball for an escape plan of this calibre.
