Commence

It has started. Record highs yesterday, winter storm warning starting today. I canceled my after work plans knowing that the first winter storm of the season is not a recipe for a happy drive. This may put an end to bike season, but it may also jump start ski season.

I do love the yellow leaves with the extra dark, rain-soaked tree branches.

EDIT 10pm, Andy just took Taku for a walk in the snow that has begun to stick. If I had the ability to take a picture of them outside, in the falling snow, in the dark, that would definitely be my photo of the day.
