Problems at 35,oooft...

Strange miss-firing look to a contrail this pm.
Prob just needs to tighten the spark plug to that engine.

9 miles on the flat (9.35 miles actually, but who's counting......except me...)
Felt good, standard pace, felt I could of gone on for a few more miles.

ITB seems to have unfortunately settled in my left knee, although after about half a mile of sharp pain it then turns into just a nagging pain, which is not too much of a problem.
