Frontman of The Caulbearers, Damian came round this afternoon to help me dismantle a piano...we failed but had tea and cake instead. He has a directness in his stare that I always love when I'm taking someone's portrait. It's unapologetic, bold and humane - very much like the person he puts across on stage.
