Piping Cherry chocoroons

Busy in the kitchen today.

Enrobing sea salt pralines,packing and labelling them too.
So many processes to make ONE stunning bag of pralines..

Also got to make the filling for the cherry chocoroons, and pipe it into the ready dark chocolate shells..

Piping isnt something that comes VERY naturally to me, but iam getting better! less fearful of losing control now...

lost of chocolate candle and florentine packing too..
