Wednesday's

After a week of 'but it's part of your five-a-day' and, 'if you don't eat that you won't grow tall' etc., Wednesday is ice-cream night!

If there's something missing from this lot we'd like to know about it. BTW the chocolate and strawberry sauce becomes 'mud 'n' blood' at this time of the year.

For the first time since March it was too dark afterwards to feed the ducks, but we're looking forward to next week when the clocks will have been turned back an hour and we steal some extra daylight for a few weeks.

No sure if the ice-cream will prevail for much longer ... I can sense home made soup and croutons on the horizon!
