Monkey Wrench

I was offered a late ticket to see the Foo Fighters at City of Manchester Stadium. Would have been rude to cause offence. Worth every penny, particularly when Dave Grohl announced how pleased he was to see so many Manchesterians in one place.

There was a curious coincidence too; just before we left to go to the gig, I noticed the Guardian was running this story on its front page.
