Last Day at the Monroe's

Today was the last day of the summer shares at Monroe Farm's. We had a pot luck to celebrate. I had cooked some acorn squash stuffed with brown rice stir fry with apples, oranges, and cinnamon, topped with yogurt. I was nervous enough to have a back up recipe of mac-and-cheese ready, but it turned out okay. This piggy was at the entrance of the drive way as you entered.
