Mac and Cheese

A friend had sent a book of recipes, fully dedicated to my favorite childhood dish. I had the ingredients in the fridge for the pot luck I was to go to last week at the farm... finally had some time to make use of the ingredients. There's now enough for lunch to last into next week.
